Aayat e Sakina ﴾آیات سکینہ﴿
THE SIX QUR’AANIC VERSES OF TRANQUILITY
The following 6 verses of the Quran al Kareem contain the words ‘Sakeenah’ which is a special kind of tranquility, mercy, peace and calm that descends from Allah alone onto the hearts of His slaves. Recite these Quraanic Aayaats in abundance for peace of mind and tranquility whenever you are stressed or in difficulty. Insha Allah the help of Allah and His Sakeenah will soon descend on one.
امام ابن القیم نے اپنے استاد شيخ الإسلام ابن تيميہ (رحمهم الله) کے متعلق لکها کہ جب ان کو کوئی مشکل امور پیش آتے تو وه آيات سکینہ پڑھتے تهے۔

کسی بهی پریشانی، خوف، تنگی، غم یا شیطانی وساوس کی کثرت کو دفع کرنے کے لیے یہ آیات تلاوت کریں اور اپنے بدن پر پهونک دیں۔ اول وآخر درود شریف بھی پڑھیں۔ (والله أعلم بالصواب وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم تسليما كثيرا)
وقال لهم نبيهم إن آية ملكه أن يأتيكم التابوت فيه سكينة من ربكم وبقية مما ترك آل موسى وآل هارون تحمله الملائكة إن في ذلك لآية لكم إن كنتم مؤمنين
ان کے نبی نے انہیں پھر کہا کہ اس کی بادشاہت کی ﻇاہری نشانی یہ ہے کہ تمہارے پاس وه صندوق آ جائے گا جس میں تمہارے رب کی طرف سے دلجمعی ہے اور آل موسیٰ اور آل ہارون کا بقیہ ترکہ ہے، فرشتے اسے اٹھا کر ﻻئیں گے۔ یقیناً یہ تو تمہارے لئے کھلی دلیل ہے اگر تم ایمان والے ہو۔
(Al-Baqarah 2:248)
ثم أنزل الله سكينته على رسوله وعلى المؤمنين وأنزل جنودا لم تروها وعذب الذين كفروا وذلك جزاء الكافرين
پھر اللہ نے اپنی طرف کی تسکین اپنے نبی پر اور مومنوں پر اتاری اور اپنے وه لشکر بھیجے جنہیں تم دیکھ نہیں رہے تھے اور کافروں کو پوری سزا دی۔ ان کفار کا یہی بدلہ تھا۔
(At-Tawbah 9:26)
فأنزل الله سكينته عليه وأيده بجنود لم تروها وجعل كلمة الذين كفروا السفلى وكلمة الله هي العليا والله عزيز حكيم
پس جناب باری نے اپنی طرف سے تسکین اس پر نازل فرما کر ان لشکروں سے اس کی مدد کی جنہیں تم نے دیکھا ہی نہیں، اس نے کافروں کی بات پست کر دی اور بلند وعزیز تو اللہ کا کلمہ ہی ہے، اللہ غالب ہے حکمت واﻻ ہے۔
(At-Tawbah 9:40)
هو الذي أنزل السكينة في قلوب المؤمنين ليزدادوا إيمانا مع إيمانهم ولله جنود السماوات والأرض وكان الله عليما حكيما
وہی ہے جس نے مسلمانوں کے دلوں میں سکون (اور اطیمنان) ڈال دیا تاکہ اپنے ایمان کے ساتھ ہی ساتھ اور بھی ایمان میں بڑھ جائیں، اور آسمانوں اور زمین کے (کل) لشکر اللہ ہی کے ہیں۔ اور اللہ تعالیٰ دانا باحکمت ہے۔
(Al-Fath 48:4)
لقد رضي الله عن المؤمنين إذ يبايعونك تحت الشجرة فعلم ما في قلوبهم فأنزل السكينة عليهم وأثابهم فتحا قريبا
یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ مومنوں سے خوش ہوگیا جبکہ وه درخت تلے تجھ سے بیعت کر رہے تھے۔ ان کے دلوں میں جو تھا اسے اس نے معلوم کر لیا اور ان پر اطمینان نازل فرمایا اور انہیں قریب کی فتح عنایت فرمائی۔
(Al-Fath 48:18)
إذ جعل الذين كفروا في قلوبهم الحمية حمية الجاهلية فأنزل الله سكينته على رسوله وعلى المؤمنين وألزمهم كلمة التقوى وكانوا أحق بها وأهلها وكان الله بكل شيء عليما
جب کہ ان کافروں نے اپنے دلوں میں حمیت کو جگہ دی اور حمیت بھی جاہلیت کی، سو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے رسول پر اور مومنین پر اپنی طرف سے تسکین نازل فرمائی اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسلمانوں کو تقوے کی بات پر جمائے رکھا اور وه اس کے اہل اور زیاده مستحق تھے اور اللہ تعالیٰ ہر چیز کو خوب جانتا ہے۔
(Al-Fath 48:26)
1.) Their Prophet said to them: “The sign of his kingship is
that the Ark shall come to you, carried by the angels, having therein tranquillity from
your Lord, and the remains of what the House of Musa
and the House of Harun had left. Surely, in it there is a sign
for you, if you are believers.”
(Baqarah: 248)
2.) Then Allah sent down His tranquility upon His
Messenger and upon the believers, and sent down troops that you did not
see, and punished those who disbelieved. That is the recompense of the
disbelievers. (Tawbah: 26)
3.) So, Allah caused His
tranquility to descend on
him, and supported him with troops that you did not see,
and rendered the word of
the disbelievers humiliated. And the word of Allah is the uppermost. Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Tawbah: 40)
4.) He (Allah) is such that He sent down tranquility intothe hearts of the believers, so
that they grow more in faith in addition to their (existing) faith. And to Allah belong
the forces of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is All- Knowing, All-Wise (Fath: 4)
5.) Allah was pleased with
the believers when they were pledging allegiance with you
(by placing their hands in ُ
your hands) under the tree, and He knew what was in
َ
their hearts, so He sent down tranquility upon them, and rewarded them with a victory, near at hand. (Fath: 18)
6.) When the disbelievers developed in their hearts
indignation, the indignation َ ْ َ
of ignorance; then Allah sent down tranquility from
Himself upon His Messenger and upon the believers,
and made them stick to the word of piety, and they were very much entitled to it and
competent for it. And Allah is All-Knowing about every thing. (Fath: 26)
